Free for renters, in every state and territory

Rental repairs, without the chasing.

One repair can mean a string of emails and calls, with nobody sure who's waiting on whom. Evenside makes it one clear job, and tenants, property managers, tradies and owners each see just their part.

The problem

A tap starts dripping. The tenant emails, calls, then wonders if anyone saw it. The property manager chases a tradie, the tradie chases a way in, and the owner hears about it last. Everyone is waiting on someone.

Evenside gives each of them one clear job, from the first report to the last invoice.

For renters

How it works

From report to fixed, in three steps.

  1. 1

    Say what’s wrong

Enter your email, pick the problem and add a photo if you have one. It takes a couple of minutes.

  2. 2

    Your property manager gets it

One clear message with everything they need. They reply from their email, with no account needed.

  3. 3

    Everyone does their part

The tradie offers times and you pick one. The owner approves the quote if it’s over their spending limit. Everyone sees when it’s done.

The law

Your state's rules, with their sources.

Every state and territory has its own rules for repairs. Evenside follows the rental's address and uses the right ones, each from an official source. Pick one to see the same repair under its rules.

Why this date?

No hot water in New South Wales

The law sets no number of days for urgent repairs. The Tenants' Union sample letter asks for 2 days.
