For agencies

Repairs your team stays on top of.

Repairs often arrive in pieces, by phone, email and text. Evenside sits alongside the property system you already use, and each repair reaches your team as one clear job, with the law’s dates for the home’s state worked out.

Why now

Why now

Evenside makes asking easy and answering quick, with each state’s rules built in.

Why Evenside

One job, done properly.

  • Made for repairs, and only repairs

Evenside does one job, so every part of it is about getting repairs fixed. It sits beside the property system you already use, and you don’t move anything.

  • Tenants bring their repairs to you

Renters use Evenside free, in every state and territory, and it emails their repair to you before your agency has signed up. Reply from the email, or take over in the dashboard.

  • The law, worked out for each home

Each state’s urgent repairs and reply dates come from official sources, checked every week, so nobody on your team has to look them up.

  • Fewer call-outs for a tripped switch

Before a tenant sends a repair, quick checks from government safety advice sometimes sort it. Dangerous repairs put safety first, and you see what was tried.

  • Private by design

Repairs are kept in Sydney, Australia. Tradies and owners see only what the job needs, never a tenant’s phone or email, and each link reminds them it’s for that job only.

    How we keep it safe
  • Everything in your plan, with no extras

Tradie and owner links, quotes, invoices, statements, documents and the audit record are in both plans. There’s nothing extra to unlock.

One job card

Everything to decide and act, in one place.

  • What’s wrong, where and since when, with photos and good times to visit
  • Whether it’s urgent under the law, and the date a reply is asked for
  • The owner’s preferred tradie flagged, and quotes over their limit sent for approval
  • Follow-ups counted with who they were with, and repeat jobs spotted

Getting started

Your agency starts with your tenants.

There’s nothing to set up first. Your tenants’ repairs reach you by email, and you take them over when you’re ready.

  1. 1

    A tenant reports a repair

They name you as their property manager, and the repair is emailed to you. Reply to it, or use its link to acknowledge it and book a tradie, with no account.

  2. 2

    You take it over

Sign in to the dashboard with that email, and every repair your tenants sent is waiting. Invite your team as admins or property managers.

  3. 3

    Bring your homes across

Import your homes, owners and tenants from the spreadsheet your property system exports. Importing again adds nothing twice.

What your team gets

Less chasing, and every date explained.

  • The law’s dates, for each stateWhich repairs are urgent, and when a reply is due, from the official sources for the home’s state. Those sources are checked every week.
  • Tradies and owners, without accountsTradies accept, offer times, quote and invoice from a link. Owners approve a quote in one tap, follow the repair, and get their repairs statement by financial year.
  • Tenants’ details stay with youTradies and owners never see a tenant’s phone or email. A job brief with a phone number or email in it is refused.
  • A record that can’t be changedQuotes, invoices, who was let in and what was shared, kept in an append-only record your admins can check for themselves.
  • Move-in recordsTenants can share their own dated record of how the home was, room by room with photos. It backs up your condition report.
  • Your repairs, countedSee how many repairs come in and get fixed each week, month, quarter or year. With Office Plus, see the average time to fix and what repairs cost, for each kind of repair too.
