Evenside is free for renters. Agencies pay a little each month, and a few cents for each home with tenants on Evenside, with no minimum. Every agency starts with 30 days free. Start by 30 November and Office stays free after them until 31 December 2026.

More done for you, when you chooseRoutine repairs go to the preferred tradie for that kind of repair after your wait, and quotes within the owner’s limit and invoices that match their quote are approved as they come in. Each is off until you turn it on.

Good to know

Is it free for renters?: Yes. Tenants report and follow their repairs for free, always.
Which homes count?: Only homes with tenants on Evenside, who joined from your invitation, your report link or a repair they sent. A home between tenants costs nothing. When you no longer manage a home, say so on it in your dashboard. Its tenancies end that day, so it stops counting after that, and its renters keep their history.
How does paying work?: One of your admins chooses a plan in your dashboard and pays monthly by card, on our payment provider’s own page, so its details never reach us. Each month counts your homes with tenants at the time. Change plan or stop any time, and you keep your plan to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
How do the 30 free days work?: They start the moment you name your agency after signing in, or when you take over the repairs your tenants have already sent you. It’s Office Plus, with no card to give. If they’re up before 31 December 2026, Office stays free until the end of that day, so your team keeps the dashboard while you decide. If you’d like longer to try it, ask us.
Is GST included?: Evenside isn’t registered for GST, so there’s none in our prices. If we register, the prices stay the same and include the GST.
What happens if we stop?: Nothing is deleted. Your tenants can still report repairs, and each one still reaches you by email, which you can reply to.
